Coach Cyril employs strength training and flexibility exercises specific to improving your pickleball performance. Strong quadriceps, lower back, knees and shoulders are just a few of the targets we focus on to ensure that our training is customized to maximize your performance.

Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation

With years of success and experience, Coach Cyril has seen all those nasty shoulder, lower back, tennis elbow, hip, knee and plantar fasciitis injuries that often come with playing sports. He has developed proven techniques for preventing and resolving injuries for Be Bold Excel Fitness clients, allowing them to play more pickleball and live a pain-free life.

A Passion for Pickleball

Coach Cyril White, our fearless leader, has a family that eats, sleeps and breathes pickleball! His wife, Leslie White, is a pickleball tournament champion and the co-owner of Wolverine Pickleball, the fastest-growing pickleball community in the Midwest. Pickleball is a daily engagement and passion at the White household.
