Well I may not have broke any records with my score in the second CrossFit Open workout 22.2 but I did do one thing that I have NEVER done and that is complete the workout twice! I did it on Friday and got a score of 125 reps. and felt motivated by my TRIBE and the weather today and felt I could do better, which THANK GOD I did with a score of 136 reps! I'll take it! I am so proud of our community who all supported each other in completing it with me! The workout was 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 repetitions of Dead Lifts at 185 lbs. and Bar Facing Burpees. The second time I wore a weight belt which REALLY helped me! I kept moving for the whole workout and even did one extra burpee at the beginning which was stupid but better at the beginning than the end!
